地下一層的設計，追溯着生活的本真，將生活轉變為藝術。肆意揮灑中締造着生活與藝術的融合。可愛的落地沙發運用，為原本沉穩、大氣的空間帶來了醒目的裝飾效果。

白色的操作枱與銀色的立式冰箱結合在一起，白色與銀色的的交流會呈現一種時尚美感，提高了整個廚房的格調，島台的設計，讓整個廚房用地，人行動線更加順暢，寬敞的操作枱可以讓煮夫（婦）們得到一個愉悦的烹飪體驗。

開始或結束一天的時候，浴室是必經之地，即使在有限的衞浴空間中，衞浴設計還是值得講究的。衞浴設備日趨多元且精緻，在考慮衞浴設備時，還能從衞浴間的佈局、擺設、色彩體現自己的審美喜好，創造屬於自己的舒適沐浴陽光。在這裏可以洗去塵埃，緩解疲勞，釋放自我。每種色彩都具有特徵形象，綠色使人聯想到樹木、柔嫩與年輕；我們秉持着隨心所欲的想法但是在配色上也要採取謹慎的態度，遵循和諧的原則，讓色彩激發更多能量。
