123平現代三室住宅公寓裝修案例 一道設計 | 123㎡打造隨性自由的婚房，衛生間這樣設計太實用了！

❶ 基本資訊：

本案業主是一對90後年輕的夫妻，他們都從事金融行業，有著共同話題，生活作息與習慣基本一致，空閒的時候喜歡喝茶、閱讀、旅行、攝影，這樣相濡以沫的人生狀態讓人十分羨慕。

❷ 對於新家的要求：

夫妻倆喜歡簡約時尚的感覺，同時希望融入多元設計元素；擁有更多收納和獨立的閱讀空間；對木材質感，石材質感，不鏽鋼/玻璃，布藝皮質等材質情有獨鍾。

夫妻倆三年內打算享受二人世界，這對於設計師而言是一種巨大的考驗，既要考慮三年內兩人的浪漫，還要考慮未來小朋友出生後對空間的需求，以及小朋友長大業主父母會過來居住等情況。

❸ 祝福：

設計的意義就是創造幸福。經過設計師全方面思索推敲，業主對方案非常滿意，歷時幾月新家現已完美落地啦。新居寬敞明亮，浪漫氣息與生活實用性並存。願他們未來能夠在這處空間共度暖暖時光。

· 戶型圖

1.北邊空間面積偏小，不宜作為單獨的使用空間，如何解決？
將該空間開啟，作為整體開放式的區域，設計為閱讀休閒區。
2.如何化解入戶換鞋和儲物的需求？
定製鞋櫃，跟客廳電視櫃相結合，尖銳處弧形過度。
3.如何解決南北空間不通透，空間受限的問題？
開啟陽臺與客廳融合，擴大空間。
4.此處牆體較瑣碎，尋找更好的辦法解決？
拆除原瑣碎的牆體，設計為移門。
5.如何解決西北角陽臺面積偏小，利用率低？衛生間面積偏小，怎樣提高舒適感？
原衛生間與陽臺合二為一，實現三式分離設計。
6.功能應重新梳理，怎樣更加舒適？
開啟露臺與臥室結合。拆除原有牆體，利用多餘的牆體尺寸做衣櫃，增加收納空間

1.拆除淺綠色區，將該空間開啟與客餐廳空間融合；

2.拆除橙色區，重新劃分外衛乾溼區面積配比，提高空間利用率；

3.拆除綠色區，取消內衛，設計為梳妝檯，收納以及放置嬰兒床的空間。

4.拆除棕色區，將陽臺融入主臥空間，作為整體空間，增加實用性;

5.拆除紫色區，將陽臺融入客廳空間，擴大客廳的使用面積；

6.拆除藍色區，設計為雙開移門；

設計師將居住者生活中的三“間”處理地非常好，時間、空間與人間。

· 客廳

電視背景牆收納功能強大，門板考慮美觀性沒有設計拉手，用閉門器更加方便開啟。白色櫃體搭配黑色敞開格，壁掛電視下做木色電視櫃點綴，讓整個空間靈動了起來。
