123平現代兩室住宅公寓裝修案例 一道設計新作 | 荷瀾 HELAN

1個宇宙，9大行星，204個國家，809個島嶼，7個大洋，據說人的一生，大概會遇到2920萬人，而兩個相愛的人機率大約是0.0000000068.從相遇，相識，相知，相戀到相許，在這個過程中必然混合著歡笑，淚水，爭吵，甜蜜......能讓兩個人攜手邁入另一個新的階段，這兩個人必定同時堅守著一顆初心。這對90後夫妻共同從事金融行業，有一樣的生活習慣，一樣的業餘愛好......俗話說得好，得成比目何辭死，不羨鴛鴦不羨仙，三年內打算享受二人世界，這對我們的設計師是一種考驗，既要考慮三年內兩人的浪漫，還要考慮未來的小朋友，小朋友長大後，以及父母來照顧小朋友，但能為幸福的家錦上添花，是設計師對空間最虔誠的致意......

· 戶型圖

1.北邊空間面積偏小，不宜單獨使用空間，如何解決？

將該空間開啟，作為整體開放式的區域，設計為閱讀休閒區。

2.如何化解入戶換鞋和儲物的需求？

定製鞋櫃，尖銳處弧形過度，美觀實用。

3.如何解決南北空間不通透的問題？

開啟陽臺與客廳，擴大空間。

4.牆體較瑣碎，什麼辦法解決？

拆除原牆體，設計為移門。

5.如何解決西北角陽臺面積偏小的問題？衛生間面積偏小，怎樣提高舒適感？

原衛生間與陽臺合二為一，實現三式分離設計方便實用的 同時舒適性更高。

6.主臥，衛生間，陽臺功能應重新梳理，如何梳理？

· 玄關

原木鞋櫃綠色花束的簡約搭配，透著靈動脫俗、簡約清新的感覺。

· 客廳

本專案的設計風格為新都市風格，所謂的“新都市主義”，就是以現代為主體風格，儘量營造溫馨休閒的氛圍，並巧妙加入人文的符號，讓現代空間更有溫度和故事。

The design style of the project is the new urban style, the so-called "New Urbanism" , is to take the modern as the main style, try to create a warm and casual atmosphere, and skillfully add humanistic symbols, so that the modern space has more temperature and story.

典雅的白灰色，帶給空間溫柔靜謐。拭去疲憊與憂愁，高階灰色調的糅合，點綴木色，活躍了整個空間的氛圍。

Elegant Beige brings a gentle silence to the space. Wipe off tired and melancholy, the mixture of advanced gray tone, embellish wood color, active the atmosphere of the whole space.

光影是空間的靈魂，材質則是空間的表情。順應光的方向，採用黑色不鏽鋼、長虹玻璃、石材，通過反射和折射，讓空間的光影層次更豐富，木飾面則溫潤了整個空間。

Light and shadow are the soul of space, material is the expression of space. 設計含蘊的單色系，這也是深受年輕人鍾愛的“越簡單越突出”的審美定律。在世間萬物之中，歸於純粹，這也是生活原本的樣子。

沒有花裡胡哨，也沒有濃墨重彩，僅以簡單而不失質感的空間設計，就給人帶來一種寧靜高貴的視覺感受。

· 衛生間

衛生間的三分離實現了安全性強，減少因水花四濺地面積水而滑倒的可能性，提高衛生間實用效率，便於多人同時使用，而且能夠隔絕氣味和溼氣，還可以延長裝置使用壽命。簡約的衛生間幹區，壁掛馬桶等處處都呈現出對生活細節的推敲。

光影隨意灑落於床邊，與精心調配的淺灰色和復古紅搭配出簡約質感。適度留白給予居者更多的想象，在未來的日子裡，用愛與品位去慢慢填滿。
